I bought a Ruger .22 single six several months ago, used from a local pawn shop. It had poor accuracy and it's groups (patterns actually) were always to the left of POA, even with the rear sight adjusted all the way to the right.
I sent the revolver to Ruger for a new barrel and refinishing. They refinished it very nicely (inexpensively too) and replaced the barrel. The accuracy improved a little bit but it still shoots to the left. I can bring it almost to POA with the rear sight all the way to the right. Is there anything that can be done to change this or am I just going to have to live with a liberal shooting revolver?

Seems pretty odd that it shoots that far left with the old barrel, and now also with a new barrel.

Don't know how experienced a pistol shooter you are, but:
Have you had someone else shoot it and see if it's you or the gun?

How is the trigger pull? What about your technique? Have you had anybody else shoot it, and they get the same results?

Sounds as though the barrel needs to be backed out a bit. It's perhaps screwed in too far. By unscrewing it a bit, you will move the front site to the left, bringing your POA into line with the point of impact. Problem is, loosening the barrel is generally not good practice. It could be addressed by putting a shim between the frame and the barrel shoulder, but it must be just the right thickness shim. The proper way is to move the shoulder back on the barrel, in this case, not quite 1 thread. Then the face has to be turned and the threads lengthened. Probably going to take you all afternoon--if you have a good lathe and after you determine all the necessary measurements. I think I'd arrange a pow wow with Ruger instead and have them address the issue. Since it occurred with 2 barrels, there is a good liklihood that the frame threads are timed a bit off.

You don't happen to wear eyeglasses do you?

I have a mild astigmatism in each eye and as a result I have to wear glasses. I had a cheap pair (that I thought I could see fine with) introduce massive parallax to my shooting. Same symptoms as you're describing. As I was just about to give up on shooting without a scope, I broke my glasses and needed a replacement.

After a visit to the local, more expensive, optometrist I had a new pair in two weeks. Lo and behold parallax was gone and I was back to shooting normal again.

Oops--don't know where my thinker was. Other way around--needs to be screwed in a bit more, which really is a better situation to be in. How dumb was that!! Sorry 'bout that. Thanks for catching my brain fart!
