Molon Labe

I hope this is gun-related enough.

I'm having trouble getting the greek letters in "Molon Labe" copied from the character map. The character that replaces the "O" keeps coming out as a "U", and the middle character keeps coming out as "E"(this is in "molon") Has anyone done this on windows XP?
