Colt Diamondback .22
Colt D'back .38
Ruger .22 semi auto
S&W .45 DAO
I also have two muzzle loaders ,and two little pistols my Dad brought home from Europe, (WWII). They are .22 cal. One is a five shot revolver. The other is a falling block blank gun. Funny looking little thing. Both about three inches long.
My group is a bit on the minimal side.
That's 9 if you include the Sccy, but I voted 8...

Every time that I buy a new pistol, I think to myself...now, now my collection is complete. ;) Then, I see a pistol or revolver that is newer, shinier, more potent, smaller, cuter, hotter, sleeker, more rugged, more useful, more refined, multi-use, longer, shorter, taller, smaller. :( And then I realized...I have never seen a firearm I wouldn't like to own. :o So, I have rededicated my life to making me happy by acquiring every pistol, revolver and long gun that I can before I die.

S&W Model 36, circa mid 50's.
S&W Model 65-2, .357 Magnum
I was thinking this was the revolver forum. Not counting many very old guns inherited from my Uncle, and my 2 Grandfathers, here are some autoloaders that see quite a bit of range time. Also leaving out my Father's handguns, which we share.
Glock 23
Glock 30
Custom built Colt based 1911 in .38 special. No comp, set up for Limited class IPSC
Custom built Colt based 1911 in .38 special. Set up for unlimited with optics, comp, any Much more
Custom built Colt based 1911 in .38 special. Also set up as a "racegun", but this one takes double stack mags...Sweet
Amazingly (or Expensive more accurately), I have belts, holsters, mag pouces, etc. for every gun listed here. The accessories seem to add up almost as much as the guns. Of course ammo prices are becoming rediculous. We load (Dillon) our own reloader, but we are currently only reloading .38 supers. I have a feeling we will be expanding into reloading .40s and .45s. My try some .357 reloading soon

Actually, quite a few less than I had a year, or two years ago...and I have a few more that I will be selling this year as I continue the process.
I'm getting down to the ones I really like and use--and by that I mean carry or take to the range regularly.
One .22--Ruger MkII
One 38/357--S&W M586, well used
One 9mm--Kahr PM9
Two .45s--Kahr P45, Kimber Ultra Carry
Not to say I won't find something I can't live without it tomorrow...but it might be a duplicate of one of the above :)

7.5" Stainless Ruger Single Six Hunter .22 mag
4" Stainless Ruger GP100 .357 mag
And on Saturday, I'll be adding a 4" Stainless Ruger RedHawk .44 mag
Next, I'll set myself up for reloading.
Then, I will turn my focus onto shotguns.
Maybe I'll eventually pick up an autoloader. I like them, but they are not very high on my priority list. Shotguns are the best civilian defense weapons, in my opinion. If the shot guns fails me, I'd rather depend on a revolver as a backup. Revolvers are also better hunting and trail guns than autoloaders.

I are the suck.
I've only been accumulating for 8 months or so. The first thing that I bought was a beautiful Browning Buckmark Hunter, but it was lost in a tragic "friend put it on top of his car and drove to pick me up" accident. :banghead:
Right now I just have a Sig P226 Bi-Tone in .40 with Laser Grips. I dig it.
I am not completely the suck, however. I blew $2K on a couple ARs and a Mosin the other day to add to the AK, so at least we're rockin' on EBRs. ;) That is what is important to me, as well as buying mags. Lots of them.
Such is the plight of the college student who takes up an expensive hobby a year before the apocalypse.
I don't think I'll ever have more than 30 pistols, but I pretty much know what they will be.

Gixerman1000,
I'm kind of surprized that you only have one CZ in there!
Now a question for Rangegod and Gixerman1000... how many MAGAZINES do you have for all those?
My desire is to have one gun for every year of my life and I'm soon to be 38 and only have 15 handguns, 10 rifles, 3 shotguns, and 1 muzzle loader for a total of 29... I'm waaay behind!

Wow. Great poll! Interesting numbers, and great justification that I need more! Or is this like being among addicts where my addiction is just small...in comparison to OTHER addicts? :neener:
Lots and lots of Walthers, along with a couple of Interarms models and one Manuhrin-made PP; three Ruger Bearcats (including an old model); and a handful of other odds and ends, including a Colt and a Remington. Still, it's sure tough to top SaxonPig's photo.
