1911 grips

I just got a mag well on my kimber, i was wondering if anyone has used VZ grips particularly the 320 square bottoms. What about the texture of the grips?

Also what other kinds of grips work with mag wells?

I'm kind of leaning toward the design that covers the main spring housing pin.
