I heard that SCOTUS is supposed to decide whether it gives cert today. Is it true? When will we lear of the decision?

Read my follow-up post in the same thread, the SC's docket file is a little confusing. AG Lockyer's response to the Cert petition is due today, not the SC's response. The SC requires a conference of the Justices to decide on the petition, which hasnt been scheduled yet.
