Anybody have experience with these? How different are they from the more popular waffles? I can get em for a little over $10 per, so if they are good, I'll jump. The site I've seen them on also say they are steel lined, unlike my Promags (junk). Good or bad, if you have opinions, I could use the advice. Thanks.

they are not MILSPEC.. they are pretty much the Bulgarian version of a ProMag

spend a bit more on real MILSPEC mags

Not sure what you mean by "bullet" mag.

the Bulgarian waffle pattern polymer mags I have work great. No problems at all in 7.62 or .223. I have never tried the Promags and never wanted to. My experience with Promag in pistols is all bad. If you can get the waffle mags for $10 each, go for it.

IMO, MILSPEC mags which I guess are the steel mags are good also. You might have to shop around to get the $10 price but I still see it sometimes. I think the best advice is simply to stick with mags made by former Combloc countries.

"Not sure what you mean by "bullet" mag."
He is referring to the "bullet" mfg symbol as opposed to the "circle 10" arsenal symbol. The bullet mags are junk, the circle 10s are great.

Actually they have cartridges on them...although technically cartridges include bullets.

I don't think I have ever seen or heard of those much less tried one.

I think I'll just stick with the waffle mags from Kvar and the steel surplus.
