As I understand it PPT of long guns don't have to go thru an FFL according to BATFE. What about State law in Arizona and Nevada? Do you need and FFL or are there other restrictions? What if any paperwork is involved?
I am refering to selling to a resident of that State.
Thanks for the input!

If you are a resident of California, you cannot sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of either state. You can only sell to a person with an FFL. Private party sales can only be between residents of the same state.

In Arizona Territory, ok to sell to nuther Arizonan without any paper.
Not required but good CYA....know the buyer's identity and record it in case later bad things happen with your ex gun.
Not legal to sell to one who is not allowed to possess. Felon etc.
