In a recent thread, several members discussed the attributes of "knives as tools" as things related to sportsmen.
In other words, the knife itself was not purchased as a weapon. Rather, its use was simply to enhance the lives of members here. Perhaps a debate might follow.
Due to the headings here at THR, the category that is most fitting for knives uses the term weapons.
Would it be in keeping with the spirit and the intent of THR to discuss "knives as tools" in this section clearly marked "accessories"?
