Who makes a carbon barrel for the Ruger Mini 14?

My father's 10/22 has a carbon barrel and it's so nice and light with the Hogue rubber stock I can't believe it. I checked and saw that Hogue makes a rubber stock for the Mini 14, now can anybody tell me if anyone makes a carbon barrel for a Mini 14? The one for my father's 10/22 is made by Butler Creek, I'm gonna check and see if they make any for the Mini.

If anybody else knows of any good ones, please let me know!

I'm sure you can have one made, but there's no real point, since it''d end up costing more than the gun, you'd need a new oprod, and a new gas block, and I'm reasonably sure the gas port in the side of the barrel arrangement is not compatablewith CF wrapped barrels.
