Hi,
Anybody know a good place I can purchase a new or used Saiga .223 in the Dallas area? I live east of Dallas so would rather not have to travel all the way to Ft. Worth if I can avoid it.

Hoping to buy one tomorrow while in Dallas.

Thanks!
Bill

The Bullet Trap had one in stock recently. Give 'em a call.

If you can wait a bit you can order one from Checkpointcharlies.com.
He is in Waupaca, WI and has one with synthetic stock for $329.00.

Most gun shops will let you use their FFL for $30.

If interested go to website and click on "other military" tab.

He is a good guy that sold the local sports shop to focus solely on gun trade.

at that price, order from classic and pay shipping + transfer.. you'd be ballpark.

Try the two biggest, AJC sports shop( or is it gun or pawn shop), and Bachman pawn shop. When they come to Houston, they have two of the biggest setups at the shows there are, plus they are usually priced about in the top 5 cheapest at the shows.

and Bachman pawn shop.

You couldn't get me to do business with those jerks if they were the last dealer in Texas :) Just my opinion of course......

Looked in the Plano/Allen area today...no luck on the Saiga .223. All of the places I checked with had no Saiga's at all. A couple of the places (like Gunmaster) were closed on Monday's. Trying to get in touch with sportingarms.com again to try to buy the one they have (if they've still got it). Still looking!

About a month ago, I bought the one that Becky had. Sorry...

I cannot believe that AJC didn't have any - they always stock a handful of each caliber and barrel length.

PS: I didn't know that Greenville was a mod center for the -130U. Shoulda figured that out, tho.
