Lee Trevino once said that you had to hit 300 golf balls a day to improve your game. The same could be said for shooting: 300 rounds a day for the next couple of years or so, and you, too, could shoot like that ... or at least something like that. :)

The video is of GM Jake DeVita and it grew out of a discussion on Brian Enos' forums about shooting a 3 second El Pres. Todd Jarrett has been trying to break the 3 second barrier for years. I would like to see the video of Todd, to the best of my knowledge he hasn't made it...yet.

Shooting that fast is easy even if you miss? Never mind.
