I ordered one of these and got it last week; I couldn't afford the ones that costs several hundred $$$ so I thought I'd try this one. It appears to be quite functional and well made by Mil-Tec. The large mag pockets on the sides hold 5 30rd AK mags each and there are several other pockets for various and sundry items. The back has two large pockets that could be easily converted to hold a camelback type hydration system if one were so inclined.
Just thought I'd pass it along. I am 5'6" and it fits perfectly but has enough extra webbing to let out to fit you larger guys.
