I am looking at a browning citori upland special in 20 gauge. Anyone have one or ever used one? It looks like it is a predecessor to the superlights and superlight feathers.
thanks
Jim

A friend had a 12 ga. years ago. It's a fine light gun, but I couldn't get used to the 24" barrels. Great for carrying, but just too whippy for me because I was used to heavier guns with 28" barrels.

i have a browning 20 white lightning with straingt, english style stock. not only do i really enjoy carrying it for hours in the field, i really enjoy shooting it. it is only 2 3/4 chambered, though, but i do not think that has been a handicap. certainly not for the preserve-type bird shooting. by the way, it was sitting lonely in the used gun rack at a local gun shop begging someone to adopt it and take it home. the owner had bought it the year before for sporting clays and traded it. I got a great deal.
