I thought I'd throw out a prop to Battenfeld Technologies Inc, makers of the Tipton Gun Vise. I picked up one on sale and upon assembly, found a pivot pin missing from the hardware pack.
I e-mailed their customer service since I had bought the last one the store had, and I recieved a reply an hour later appologising for the error and assuring me the part would be mailed immediately. Sure enough, two days later, the part arrived. This kind of customer service is what is required to survive in the market today, and I know I'll have no hesitaion buying another one of their products.
