I'm looking for suggestions on a bolt gun.
-It has to have an internal magazine, iron sights, extremely reliable, cheap, and be either .223, .308 or .300 winchester magnum.
I'm not looking for extreme accuracy ever, but the more accurate the better.

What are you useing it for? Hunting SD, target? I have a Ruger Mini14 that I do all of it with except it has a detachable magazine.

I'd look for an Israeli Mauser in .308 or an Ishapore Enfield in .308. Either should be available somewhere for $200 or less.
Failing that, I'd see what it costs to have a gunsmith put irons on a Stevens 200.

I would recommend the Finnish M-39. It's in 7.62x54r. That caliber is not on your list, but FMJ ball and soft-point-hunting ammo is readily available and cheap. M-39's are very accurate and have excellent triggers.

Young Gun Johnny: The Finnish appear to be the best.
Recently I bought two basic Russian Mosin Nagants (from ClassicArms Inc). Each cost less than $90, but I wanted them for their simplicity and durability, due to the amazing surplus ammo/rifle prices (all over the Internet). Already refurbished and despite small nicks etc, the wood overall looks good and shiny. The shorter M44 seems to kick a bit less than the 91/30.
My second box of surplus Bulgarian ammo (7.62x54R) arrived last week:
300 rounds for about $55. Where else can you buy such value? This is much less than .223 and 7.62x39.
The only lower-priced ammo is .22.
The only slight 'catch' is that most owners squirt Windex or soapy water down the bore until it is soaked, to neutralize corrosive primer 'salts', soon after shooting . Some owners then run a patch or two then clean by the normal method later in the day.

Ok there is one savage on there website that i can find that meets all your require ments except the cheap part it (800) but it is a nice piece. the model 14 euro classic see for your self. ;)
My other recomendation would be get a stevens/savage 200 take it to a gunsmith and get a set of iron sights put on it not to hard and all said and done should leave your wallet in good shape.:D
