AimSurplus is selling PMAGs for $14.20 and 1¢ shipping.
I'm really tempted to order up some more.

Haven't used any of them yet, but am sure they are OK

Gun shows are usually the best when it comes to new GI mags.

DPMS@ dpms.com has them for $12 each, either grey dry film, or black teflon coated...both with the GI green followers..the kicker is free shipping no matter how many you buy.

You can't go wrong with 44mag.com, as others have said. Also, comparing the prices on the other sites mentioned, he's cheaper.
His regular price is under $10 per D&H mag... and if you buy enough to break $100, it's free shipping.
He had a sale that ended last month... basically $9/mag. I picked up 11, and spent under $110 shipped. :D
