First, I want to apologize for this not being a "versus" thread or another poll. I have been looking at another carry weapon and purchased the Kel-tec P11 recently because of it's size and weight. Well, my first outing was less than stellar as far as problems go and because of this I don't know if I can ever feel comfortable with carrying the P11 at this point.

I have been considering a SA XD9 sc because I really like my XD9 service model and it feels good in my hands. I have also considered the G26 because it is a bit smaller as far as grip length goes and seems a bit lighter. I have never been a Glock fan simply because the grip feels just a tad big to me. With a two-handed grip it's better, though.

My question is this: Do any of you that carry the G26 see yourselves as having short fingers, and, if so, does that affect your control of the gun compared to something else that really feels more comfortable to you?

My wife has small hands and short fingers and shoots her G-26 without any problems.
She actually prefers the standard flat bottom magazine base to the extended bases.
