Slip Sliding Away & My Pocket Holster ???

I was at my local coffee shop tonight when this happened:
I was sitting on a soft couch, leaning back a bit, when I felt my J-frame slowly start to slip out of my pocket holster (a Desantis Nememis).
Thankfully, I was able to secure it before it fell to the floor!
Anyone have any tips to make sure this does not happen again?
:uhoh: :what: :scrutiny:
Thanks...

I've had a similar experience, fortunately it only occured at home.
This can happen with the slippery nylon pocket holsters, such as made by Action-Direct, DeSantis or Uncle Mikes.
The leather pocket holsters, like ones I have from Lou Alessi or Ken Null, don't have this problem, but then they're stiffer and heavier than the synthetics, and make more of a bulge in the pocket, so there are "trade-offs", as with everything else.
Neither holster type falls out of the pocket, but the gun can slip out from the nylon holster types.
Best just to be aware of yourself, your posture and body position, and the effects of those things on any sidearms or other weapons you may carry!

That's disconcerting .
I just this morning, ordered a Nememis. Well there will still be room in the holster drawer if this does not work out. :banghead:
