I'm interested in buying/building a SBS but I have no idea what legal hoops need to be jumped through to do so, could someone fill me in?

Contact a class 3 dealer. I have ordered a Benelli M4 entry that will have to be shipped to a class 3 dealer and then transfered to me. My dealer has the forms and charges a small fee for this service.
