I'm looking at a Remington 870 Express. It looks very good apperance wise and I am told has less than 200 rounds through it. What would be a fair price to offer?

I'd say $200 is fair, only paid $260 new for mine a year and a half ago.

I paid $199 for this Rem 870 Express Magnum 12ga earlier this month from gunbroker.

$180 would be a fair price. I'd ask to shoot the gun first before buying it.

Hmmm...one of my local overpriced used gun shops has racks of Expresses for $200 -- heck, after some negotiation they sold me my Wingmaster for $200.
It sure seems like used gun prices are quite regional (supply and demand, maybe), but my local prices are *always* much higher than what I see discussed here.
Sure, $200 is fair, but probably fairer to the seller. I strongly second Pete409's advice to shoot it before you buy it if possible.
Good luck!
