Highway 96 across to Wichita, then south to Tulsa. Arriving Friday night, but we'll probably be heading home Sunday morning.
It would be nice to see you again though, buddy. :)

I went for the first time year before last and it blows Claud Halls out of the water. Actually it blew every gun show I have ever been to out of the water. If anyone can deal with the Tulsa drivers for a day it would be worth it.

I'll be there Saturday morning looking for a Barrett 82.
Will you be shopping or setting up at a table?

Does anyone know for sure what the requirements are for purchasing a handgun in Oklahoma by an out of state resident? I am thinking of driving up there, sounds huge.

Just shopping, it's more of a social event for us. PM me for my cell number if you have time to meet.
Won't be buying much this year. It's been a bad year for anybody in retail.

I'll be their all day saturday. I only live 6 miles from the fairgrounds in Tulsa. Feel sorry for all those who have to drive hours and hours to get there. It would still be worth it to drive a long ways. It's a great show.

I've been told over and over again that the Tulsa show is marvelous. Grrrrrrrr.

Nah, its not really all that great. Just 11 acres, 4000 tables, and about nine miles of aisles to walk. :p
Wanna see a Browning Superposed, Midas Grade four barrel set? It's there. In fact, if it's gun related and it exists, it's in Tulsa.

I saw one of Herman Goering's Walther pistols there once.
Almost bought it but I didn't have the $64,000 on me.
I'm going this Saturday.
It's quite a event.

Here we are in Tulsa, after a 11.5 hour drive. I'll try to call everybody who contacted me tomorrow.
We're at the Hampton Inn right off of Memorial.

Great show!
We saw some incredible stuff, and we got home incredibly tired this afternoon.
I wasn't able to contact the guys I was supposed to until too late, because my cell phone was giving me a weird message: "Your account could not be validated". Found out later that the phone lost its tower and we were supposed to go through some calisthenics to get it back. We'll be shopping for a new carrier tomorrow.
I will say this; Oklahomans, you have the friendliest people and the prettiest girls anywhere. I suggest you keep that a secret.
(I hope I haven't said too much.)

Well I'm glad that ya'll had a wonderful time at the show.
I wanted to go but we were short handed this weekend and could not get away.
Yep, sounds like you need to switch carriers if that happens a lot.
Pretty girls? I heard that!!! LOL... But everyone that I've met from Oklahoma is very friendly.
