After some research i went with the S&W M&P 40 full size. I havnt had time to take her out yet and wont for two weeks. I just was hopping that those of you who own one could let tell of your experience with them.

I don't own one, but I carry one on duty and have found it to be a good solid service pistol.
It's perhaps the softest shooting .40 I've tried. Great erognomics. I have yet to see one with a stoppage. Not the best nor most consistant trigger. Great magazines! All in all, I'd give it a solid 8.5 out of 10.

Yes, Virgin purchase is one you always remember. I don't know how old you are, but don't do like I did. Short on cash and I sold my first Beretta 92:banghead::banghead::banghead:
Welcome to the group. Haven't used m&p but i'm sure your good to go.

I'm pleased with my steel and scandium smith autos, I'm sure the polymer won't leave you disappointed.

I will let everyone know, once i do get to the range, how everything goes. I love the ergo's as well. The trigger feels ok and i will be getting a trigger job done on it soon. Thanks!
