I had an inexpensive holster for my Ruger Single-Six, but there was always the nagging question of what to do with the extra cylinder. While at a surplus shop today, I bought a grenade pouch that fits right on to the holster. It was only $6.99...okay, seven bucks. I could have gotten a cheaper one for $3.99, but I liked the double belt loops.
Anyway, here's how it works:

It even has room for an extra set of hearing protectors. And
the heavy plastic bag that was part of the packaging was
perfect for keeping the cylinder dry!

The double loops make sure the cylinder stays with the
holster.
