old shotgun

I was giving a shotgun by my dad that he got from a yardsale. I would like to find out who makes it and how old it is. I hope someone on here can help me. on the left side of the gun it has the words our favorite . It is a single shot brake down with a lever onthe recivers andthe same type of lever on the right side of the gun that looks like the one on top. hope to find out.

Can you get photos of the gun to see what it is?

Are there no other markings at all ?? If you pull the fore arm look of odd little marking, such as the letters ELG in an oval or circle. If there are no proof marks or acceptance marks then it is American made as the U S noes not have a national proof house. But if U S made there should be some other markings of some type. I can't find hide nor hair of the make "Our Favorite", however the markings "Favorite" was used by Stevens, Savage and Iver Johnson.
