There are really not a lot of holsters out there with the VM's combination of features (i.e., fore and aft belt loops, reinforced mouth and option of adding clips to make it "tuckable"). This one from Brigade Gunleather (http://www.brigadegunleather.com/m-11.html) (note: I have no personal experience with this company) has two out of the three features. It is still a pretty long wait.
I've had good dealings with FIST (http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/holster/CATIWB.htm) holsters in the past. The #22 has the "tuckable" feature/option.
If you can live without the tuckable feature and reinforced mouth but still like the belt loop arrangement, your options increase considerably. Here I can positively recommend UBG Holsters. (http://ubgholsters.com/IWB.html) A "Canute" he made for me in early 2007 cost only about $70 and took a little over a month. I would put that work up against anyone's. FIST also makes holsters of this type, the #19, #20 and #21; they differ in the placement and spacing of the loops.
Bulman Gunleather (http://bulmangunleather.com/iwb.html) makes the PDC and PDL (clips and loops, respectively). Absolutely beautiful work, but his wait has grown even longer than Sparks'.
No personal experience again, but Comp-Tac (http://comp-tac.com) makes IWB tuckable holsters, a combination of leather and plastic.
