Seems a waitress in an L.A. family resturant ran off some of the unwashed disturbing the business. Some time later volleys of gunfire killed her and another customer. This yesterday (Sunday in LA Times which requires registration and more info than I'm about to give them)

Anyone a member of LA Times? The page (in my history file) now has a story titled like "4 sought for shooting" or something like it.

Haven't heard a word since it came over WTKR Norfolk, VA news crawler - I can't go into past dates.

Today (somewhere in media - I am getting old(er)) a story popped up re a sheriff's deputy shooting a guy running a road block meant as security for GWB's Arizona visit today. I haven't seen/heard anything since this AM early.

One's local, of course - the other local with a national touch; but each (to me) has it's "shock and awe" headline capability.

Anyone know status??

Thanks.

-Andy

EDIT: Would you believe 2nd item above just mentioned on CNN (6:25EDT) immediatly after I hit the Enter key.

I would just sign up for a free hotmail account under an assumed name.
Then use that account and the alias (make them live wherever you want.. just make sure the zip matches up with the town as some forms validate them) for all these freebie forms you have to fill out.

Keeps the spam from going to your real account.

BTW you will want to be sure to check and clear out the junk mail on the account at least once a month.
