Rem. 1100 Problem

Can the barrel be removed by removing the nut and forend ? I did that also used WD40 ,still cant pull it loose..

With the magazine cap and forend removed, or preferably before removing them, pull back the bolt until it latches. The barrel extension locks to the bolt, and the barrel ain't going nowhere like that.

Twist the barrel a little each way. Sometimes they will hang up on the receiver.

Yes remove the nut and forend. Pull back the bolt until it locks, then pull on the barrel straight. It should come out easy.
Hold and unlatch the bolt. You do not want to let it go with no barrel.
