Hi, all,
If you've had experiences, good or bad, with Beretta USA's customer service, I'd appreciate your word.
Thanks,

Called to order a D model spacer. They got my info and said they'd get it right out. "How much?" I asked. She said don't worry about it! It showed up 3 days later no charge!

I also had quick response times when I called to order replacement parts. You should be warned, however, their response to emails is awful, at best. If you need to contact them , call.

They were reasonable with me and DID what I asked of them despite them having their own ideas of what should have been done. - Didn't get a scratch anywhere.
I am satisfied so far with Beretta service.

I've called them 3 times for Sako parts, mags and info. They were on top of things and extremely helpful. You better have the part number or free long distance if you want to have them look it up for you. Not a criticism of the hired help, just the way the stuff seems to be listed on their computer.
They aren't inexpensive either, but the service was fast.

I managed to split the slide on an early production Tomcat about a year after I bought it. Called them up, they said "Send it in." Had a new 'Cat ten days later, no charge.:D
