I sold a Walther TPH to a guy in Calif. now he tells me that the state will not allow this pistol to be imported into Califorina-Question for all you California Folks True or not?

True, but did he pay you and you shipped it already?

At best, refund the money after you get your TPH and deduct shipping, etc.
