Who makes the best value and quality tactical thigh holsters. I also would like it if it's under 100 bucks. Thanks:D

I hear the Blackhawk Serpa CQC thigh rig is pretty good. I have a friend who used that rig to carry his issue M9 for a year over seas.
I've also been using the belt-style Serpa CQC for CCW lately and it's pretty slick.

The Safariland 6004 sets the standard.

Safariland 6004's are nice. Personally I really like the Blackhawk Serpa setup. With the pivoting 2 strap upper it has, the rig is much more flexible and conforms better to your lower body movements. Going with either the Blackhawk or Safariland thigh rigs, you can't go wrong as they are both excellent quality.
