Para Carry C6 at the range

Took the recently acquired Para C6 (and my Kahr CW45) to the range today and I can report the Para is a sweet shooter. Once I got used to the LDA trigger, I was putting everything at POA at 7-10 yards. The weight of this gun allows it to be shot comfortably one-handed as well. The range was slow this morning so I was able to shoot rapidly, and I could keep all 7 shots easily in a 6 inch circle at 10 yards. I'm not a target shooter and I look for good combat accuracy. Ran about 75 rounds thru it flawlessly, using CCI aluminum. Then I put about 25 rounds of Georgia-Arms Gold Dots thru it without a hitch.

The new CW45 was next as I hard to start the Kahr recommended 200 round break in. It shot like all my Kahr's, to POA. Had 2 failures to return to battery but a bump on the slide chambered the round. Broke it down quickly and saw some gunk in the chamber so I gave it a quick brush out. The next 100 rounds cycled flawlessly and it shot well. Before I even took this one out I smoothed out the brutal checkering Kahr likes to use. It's a little over halfway thru the break in and I'll finish it up next weekend.

The Para is now "certified" to be my main carry and I'm thrilled to have such a fine pistol to carry...
