You should email Tantal. He is out of them currently I believe and doesn't know when more are coming. :( From the sound of things.....it appears that the factory in Russia just can't keep up with the demand for them here.

Tantal is the KING!! BUT-Tantal is currently out, and doesn't know when more will arrive. My understanding is the factory produces many products, and due to the economic condition over in Russia, has had to limit/cease production on some items to complete others.

There is a link to a company that does have Kobra's in stock, but it is over on ARFCOM, which is currently down-probably due to the power outage in NY.

There really has to have been a major run on optics in the last couple months. ACOGS and Kobras are sold out everywhere!!

CDNN usually has the picatinny rail model of Kobra and their price has consistently been $119. It isn't listed on their website but it was in the last (downloadable) catalog.

Freedom Optics has Kobras in stock. I have never dealt with Freedom, so I cannot comment on them specifically.
