I'm looking for an ambidextrous or lefty shoulder holster for CC that fits an XD-40 4" Service (and can be drawn fast of course) any recommendations? nothing too fancy just reliable.

I am not sure why a shoulder holster would need to be ambidextrous. If you are left-handed (the gun would then be worn on your right side), any maker worth their salt makes left-handed holsters, although you might have to special order them.

Their custom line - in cowhide or horsehide, molded to the gun - shoulder holster is called the Under Taker. It costs a lot more and will likely take 6-8 months.
