Edit to add gun related material ;) This was the first time the Enfield made it out to the field for any reason other than paper shooting. But, like a dummy, I left it in the truck and lost out on shooting the smaller black one when he took off.

Set it last night and went to check it today...

The little black one got away from me due to improper equipment and not wanting to lose the blond/black one.

He weighed in at 289lbs and was worth the trip to Malone.

In the process the blonde destroyed a good pair of jeans and a hog panel in the center of the trailer, and he tried to eat the trailer as well as climb out. In the sitting position in the trailer the plate running along the bottom of the trailer is 2 foot tall.

Wow, nice one! I just caught four itty bitty ones the other day. I wish I had a pen to fatten 'em up in. I just butchered 'em and BBQed one whole. I have one out this morning to cut up for stew in the crock pot. I need to catch mama and/or papa. :D Aunts, uncles will do.
