I'm sure that if you contacted Charter Arms they would be willing to send you one free of charge...http://www.charterfirearms.com/index.html

...are posted on Steve's Pages (http://stevespages.com/page7b.htm).
I once made the mistake of disassembling a Charter Arms revolver many years ago and found it quite difficult to reassemble without the factory jigs to hold springs in their proper relationships to other parts.

Listen to spwenger -- DO NOT disassemble a Charter Arms revolver beyond removing the cylinder. They are virtually impossible to reassemble without factory tools. Be content with spraying out the innards with something like GunScrubber.

Hi
I know the thread is a bit old but Ive surfed THR for years and felt I should give back. What you need is the manuals printed by Radocy. You can find those either through Radocy themselves or ebay or gunbroker. In that manual, you will find detailed instructions on how to dissasemble a charter revolver. Charter revolvers are simple with few parts, but the gun is held together with drift pins so a punch set is necessary. With this information, you no longer have to send the gun back to the factory, just dissasemble and change out the worn or brokern parts. Have you ever wondered how charter can just charge 45 bucks in labor to have your gun fixed? Im guessing its because all parts are drop in with a minimal amount of hand fitting. The Radocy manual should give you enough confidence to do just about all repairs to a charter yourself.
