I have a line on some 1954 vintage Yugo ammo does anyone have any experience with this stuff?

Ive shot '53 & '54 Yugo through my Turks with no problems.I still like the early '70's Romanian the best though.Interordance has it for a real good price,but shipping will kill you.

Yea - I have some 1953 and 54 Yugo 8mm. Shoots great in my bolt guns and in my Hakim. Sure fire - and yes corrosive.

I bought it--turns out it's actually '52 and '54.

Those cases are HEAVY!

I'll try to post some results when I get the rifle & ammo to the range.

Yugo 8mm are decent ammo.

Make sure you clean the barrel and bolt with windex or 1/2 mixture of ammonia and water as the ammo is corrosive.
