DAC SportSafe - No Service

I've been using a DAC SportSafe for about two years and the door switch is wearing out. DAC has zero customer service contact info and will not respond to my email. Anyone had similar experience with them or know how to get a replacement door closed switch?

Those types of safes are deemed disposable. If you break one, you simply replace the entire unit.
