I have a new FN Police pump 5 shot 12 gauge. This is essentially the same as the Winchester 1300, but with plastic furniture.
The gun is pretty light, so I figure a better recoil pad is a good idea. I'm not a shotgun guy so I have no idea what's available.
What are my best options for an aftermarket pad? Links to vendors would be great as well.

Limbsaver (Sims Vibration Labs), Kickeeze and Pachmayr Decelerator. All can be gotten from Brownells.
The question is whether a pre-fit pad will work. I doubt it, but you never know. The Limbsaver site has a downloadable template file that you can print to compare screw holes and outside dimensions (make sure you uncheck any "fit to page"-type options). All three of those pads are good...I think the Limbsaver and Kickeeze are better than the Decelerator, and the Kickeeze a bit too sticky, so my personal vote is Limbsaver.
You may have to fashion a plug/adapter and grind a pad to fit...

Rob, there's a Limbsaver on my Beretta O/U, a Pachmyer Decellerator on Number Six, my favorite wingshooting 870 and the 870TB I sold last year or so wore a KickEez Magnum out the door that may have been the best of the batch.
All are good. Finding one that's easy to install on your plastic stock may be the hard part.
Something as important as elasticity in pads that most folks don't think about is size. A larger surface area spreads the push out more. Installing a new pad and leaving it untrimmed will look odd, but it will feel great.
In fact, you may want to get a wood stock set and set it up to fit you. This is much easier than with the synthetics.

If yours is like mine, the pistol grip is a separate compartment from the stock. Take off the grip cap and examine it to see.
If it is separate, try filling it with birdshot to add some weight, and put the cap back on.
I also put a 2-shot extension & clamp on mine to add weight out front. It all balances pretty well...
