Marlin rough chamber

I just got a Marlin 94 in 32 Mag. It looks great and shoots very good. It has one big problem. It has a burr in the chamber that just about ruins the brass. It has a burr about 1/8" long and about 1/4 " from the base. It goes across the chamber. It looks to me like the origonal reamer gouged out a little nick as it was taken out. Any good easy fix without anymore damage?

Send it back to Marlin, It should be covered under warranty.
