years ago i bought this knife i think it was over 200 bucks
question is why was this metal discontinued?
in that day they raved about the m2 high speed steel even hammered it through a truck hood if this metal is so great where did it go?

My guess, and it is a guess, is that it was a cost or availability decision. M2 is certainly a good tool steel, and should serve you well.

its a great knife ive never had one sharper
than when it came new
