Traveling with firearms

Is there anyone out there who travels extensively with their guns? I fly a great deal and would like to take mine along, but I don't know how much of a hassle it would be. All the states I travel to are covered either with my SC CWP or my NH permit.

I do. It's a royal PITA but I do it anyway. Plan on a good 15 minutes extra every time. Now, that won't always be needed but it happens often enough to plan ahead for some kind of "discussion" with the hall monitors of TSA.
