I paid just under $12 for a 550 box of Federal .22's. I plan to buy some more.

I am not interested in reloading, so I do most of my shooting with my .22's. Also, I plan to have a pretty decent emergency stash. Everybody has some .22's, so from that standpoint it is a valuable caliber to have.

100 rd WWB at Walley World in Fl for 18.86. Interesting - I found an old box of 9mm that was 12.99 for 50 WWB that was around 15 years old... shot just fine in our uspsa match. We're goint to be ordering our Dillon reloading gear soon.

Last month, I saw $13.99 per 50 round box (Winchester .45GAP 230gr JHP) on the shelf of local gun store (CWS in Highland, CA). Took a pic of it, cause I didn't believe the price. They had 10 boxes and I ended up buying it all. Came out to $151.09 after tax.

Last box of ammo I bought was a box of Remington UMC yellow label .38 Specials, lead round nose, for $9.99 a box at a Meijer store clearance shelf.

I started loading .38 Specials myself shortly thereafter.

I just shot 200 rounds of Rem UMC green box that had Wal*Mart $7 clearance price tags on it. They were in my stash a while.

Blazer Brass .45ACP 230gr FMJ, 13.99 per 50rd box. Bought 10 boxes. WWB was the same price, but I actually prefer the Blazer Brass.

Bought a 20rd box of Gold Dot 230gr for around $22.00 the same day, earlier this week. Nicer bullet, cheaper case, much more expensive!

Handgun ammo just keeps getting worse. There are still some good deals on rifle ammo, like Golden Tiger 7.62x39 1000rds for $199 shipped.
