Does anyone get uneven neck growth on their cases? I noticed when I trim my 7mm cases, only 1/4 of the neck has lengthened a few hundredths after firing a heavy load. Just wondering if its normal.

Yup, it's normal. Not all brass "grows" at the same rate. Depends on the pressure and heat of the load, the chamber it is in when fired, etc. My two 308's are way different in that respect, but it will happen with loads shot out of the same gun.

Nothing to worry about.

A few hundredths? That could be as much as thirty thousandths. If, however you meant a few thousandths, that's still a lot if you meant it is not even around the end of the case neck. Something is not square in your rifle. Or the ammo had a lot of runnout, it was not straight. Cases should grow evenly, still be square after firing.
