I've got a line on a barely used 550. What is the difference between the 550 and the 550B?
I did a search and can't find anything.
Jeff

I've been using my RL550 since '86. Works great. Lasts a long time. Support from Dillon has been 100% spot on. A long-time, satisfied customer here.

Crap - I ran several search strings. I HATE it when that happens! :)
Thanks for the thread.
I think I'll buy it.

No big deal. Happens all the time. At least you ended up on a pertinent thread.
Come to think of it, the only problem I've ever had with Dillon was keeping my name on the mailing list for their catalog, the Blue Press. They've long-since corrected that, though.

Several things have been added to the 550 over the years to make a 550 a 550B. You can buy all these to update your press if you wish. On the dillon forums they explain exactly what the differences are.
