That's not a "M2019A4" anything. It's a stock, barrel, and accessory kit on a 1919 belt fed firearm.

I'm unable to find any reference to it on anything but airsoft sites.
It Looks FN-ish, but I've never heard of one.
Here is the FN M249 for reference....

The one posted looks like an old .30cal machine gun with a few added-on parts.
