Not really, but those that are looking for evil firearms of all kinds with high-cap magazines should have a ball. Also a lot of accessories for those that want to dress one up.

Might you be refering to the Dragunov recall?? I don't have one nor am I really all that interested in one but that jumped off the page at me..

Bastards refuse to sell anything to anybody in the Golden State

Can't say I empathize or sympathize with you but they have the right to refuse to do business with whomever they so choose for whatever reason they see fit.. Doesn't make them bastards.. if it's that big a deal to you, you have options. 49 other options, as I see it.

Would be helpful if ninety-five percent of the guns weren't "call for price." I see a bunch I'd be interested in, but I'm sure as heck not going to sit on the phone to get quotes for all of them.

Stand out??

Heck yes. :)

That Winchester 1895 (Takedown) in 30-06. Damn thing keeps saying buy me  over and over and over.

Of course it has been doing the same thing for the past 2 CDNN catalogs. :banghead:

Other than that I like others noticed most everything was "call for price".

You should see some of the awesome stuff the bastards at STI are coming up with.

Unfortunately, here is the reason companies such as these are refusing to sell firearm related items in California. http://www.stiguns.com/CA-PressRelease.pdf

So, you see, they're not really the bastards you should have a problem with.

The catalog is only call-for-price if you're not a C&R or FFL.

The printed catalog is not "only call for price"-I got one in the mail a few days ago with full pricing. I called about 2-3 weeks ago to request a printed catalog, and I'm not an FFL or C&R...yet.

How about the 2ng generation used G22's with night sights at $299,? (Page 17 top left). They come with 1-15rd magazine.

This is a very good to great deal IMO.

They also had some used Beretta 92FS's at $299.99, bottom of the front page.

The most interesting thing that was shown as CALL for price, is the Winchester barrelled actions on the bottom of page 21. I may have to call and see what exactly these are.

Lastly, I could not help note the comments on the upcomming price increase on Glock factory magazines - 41%. While Glock supossedly has denied increasing their actual pistol prices I do not see that as being far behind.

The leftist california legislature doesn't want us to own firearms. By refusing to sell anything to californians aren't they playing into their hands?

I attempted to purchase a Beretta Stampede, which is specifically exempt, from the total BS handgun safety certification testing, and was refused because of where I own a home. Nice way to thumb your nose at califonria politicians. Nice going CDNN for throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

I figure the way they see is that not only do they not want the hassle, but answering enquiries with "I'm sorry; your state government has been screwing around with us" might just get their would-be clients to get the government to change.

The printed catalog is not "only call for price"-
Correct. The printed catalog contains all price information (save maybe on a couple items on a dense page) and is available by request.

I used to post scans of the print catalog to show prices.

Maybe, but a number of businesses are refusing to do business in several states controlled by left wing, anti-gun politicians, of which California is only one. A mistake in interpretating one of they’re convoluted laws could put their whole business at risk, and might result in hefty lawyer fees that would wipe out any profit they might make. Given the circumstances one can hardly blame the companies for protecting themselves.

If Californians loose the right to own firearms (as they have already lost the right to own certain ones now) it is because the majority of residents who vote want it that way. If you want to blame someone, blame them.

Afraid I can't fault them much for that. If I was running a firearms business there would be 10-15 states that I'd just be too afraid of lawsuits or other legal problems to justify dealing with.

You can also download the whole thing straight from their website. It's huge but it's the complete catalog.

Yes, they are, 100%.

Businesses, however, are under no obligation to take risks and incur extra expenses to fight political battles on behalf of others.

But... I won't willingly support a business that does this. And one day, maybe soon, I might move. I won't forget, though. There are some businesses that make it a point to sell to Calfornians, at good prices. I'll support them instead.

And for those who think that California's legislature is actually representative of constituents, you need to learn a few things before the same thing happens in your state.

What does this have to do with VA Tech? It is an event that sticks in his memory near which he noticed the online catalog no longer provided prices, most likely.

There could be many reasons.

Me too, seems like it's more than just the gun businesses doing it. All my Ham Radio catalogs are that way too.

The new CDNN catalog that I just downloaded looks to be about 50/50 with CALL or an actual price.

The downloadable .pdf catalog lists pricing on rifles, and accessories,But none on handguns,or high-demand or low availability items.
The printed catalog has full pricing on every page except for very few items like 1895 Winchester lever actions.

I thought it was after that incident they stopped listing handgun prices in their online catalog but maybe it was for other reasons. Either way, I like seeing prices to know if it's even worth calling about. Their prices are usually attractive though.

Yep, got mags recently. Those M9 mags are gov't rejects (powder coat isn't just right) and they are great. $13 bucks with a flat baseplate I love. Feed flawlessly, heavy and well made, drop free from my 92. Nice deals on the Browning O/U's too. Joe

That's O.K.

I'm purposely buying my next two firearms from STI in order to counteract the loss of profit incurred by them due to the loss of their California sales. Help your socialist state government put this small firearms dealer out of business. It's exactly their intention.

I, on the other hand, won't require them to choose between catering to the microstamping policies and stupid state requirements, and losing my business....both of which could bankrupt them....just as the State of California desires.

I'm sure California appreciates your help.

There are some businesses that make it a point to sell to Calfornians, at good prices. I'll support them instead.

Good. Because they will bow and scrape to any California requirement in order to MAKE MONEY!

It's so comforting to know that there are people out there who will purposefully destroy a small company that stands on principal at the risk of bankruptcy in order to support a money grubbing large corporation who will kneel to the wishes of a socialist government.......

....all in the name of convenience.

CDNN has sent out cease and desist letters every time someone posts those... they do not want their prices being shown online and have been adamant about enforcing that policy

I thought it was after that incident they stopped listing handgun prices in their online catalog but maybe it was for other reasons. Either way, I like seeing prices to know if it's even worth calling about. Their prices are usually attractive though

Their reason for removing the prices from the online catalog is that their contracts with manufacturers do not allow them to advertise their prices online, which is why they do:
