i'm going to be wanting a holster for my newly aquired ruger mkII heavy barrel target auto... i like my bianchi nylon ranger holster and belt for my n-frame smith and i'd like one of those for the ruger... any ideas? i looked at bianchi's page on the computer but i didn't see anything on there.....

thanks JJB

Have a look at an Uncle Mike's Side-kick.

nope j jay i'm not going to carry it but i would like to have it out of my hand and in a good holster while at the range.... you know like when it's not being shot or putting up another target things like that... i always put my holster on at the range to keep my mod 27 off the bench or the ground.........oh i should have mentioned it's a 6" barrel...............

I have the Uncle Mike's sidekick, and for range day, it's perfectly adequate. I got the ultra-long version to accomodate my suppressor.

I can second the Unlce Mikes. It's what I keep mine in for hunting, plinking or just generally walking around with it. ;)
