Neck Turning and RCBS Neck sizer Die

If I neck size my 22-250 cases, will a standard RCBS 22-250 (non bushing) neck sizer die still size my cases? The reason I ask, is because it seems to me that if the necks are turned the outside diameter would be smaller...:confused:
