Has anyone ever seen one of these before. I don't recall ever seeing an H&R 922 with such a short barrel. Is this Factory or cut down.

They're fairly common. I've owned a couple. The older ones are nicer, I think. The newer ones have sharper edges & less finish work. They're very good pistols in general.

Yep its a stock 2.5" 922. I see a 1/2 dozen 622/732/922's every gun show. I remember that my dad had a snubby 732 (.32 S&W long) for a while in the 70's. It was just a simple workin gun that went bang every time!

I was thinking 2 1/2" also. I have one,like it a good bit. I may buy a 6" one this weekend.
