Are there any historical shops that sell already made combustible paper cartridges like those used in the civil war?

I'm playing with the idea of getting a BP revolver, and was wondering about that.

Dixie Gun Works sells nitrate paper for rifle cartridges. You could probably cut them to pistol cartridge size.
